  Ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out. When we got home, discovered that the dough was undercooked, almost raw. Called to get a refund- did not want store credit. Now being told they have no record of the credit card transaction, even when given the appropriate card number. Will not go there again.

  UNDERCOOKED PIZZA. Never ordered a pizza from somewhere where it was RAW. First time for everything I guess. It’s very sad that we don’t have a good Pizza Hut in town. $50 for pizza I have to cook myself?!?! Save yourself time and heartache and order from 5-Star. Update: Manager gave me a store credit and offered to remake, but it’s too late. Remake would mean another hour, so credit it is.

  I actually cannot believe how crappy of an experience we had ordering a pizza at this location. At 7:30 I ordered two medium pizzas, some wings and cheesy bread. I ordered my pizza as an original pan (the whole reason I chose pizza hut) and my husband's was hand tossed. (This matters later.) The estimated time of arrival was 8:12. At 8:30, my husband called and asked to get an update. They said they had to remake a pizza but that it was coming out of the oven now and would be on the way soon. At 9pm the driver was still at the store so we called again to get an update. They said they had to remake an item from my order (again?) And it would be on it's way soon. At 9:15 we got our delivery. They made my pizza hand tossed instead of original pan, and didn’t send us our cheesy bread. We called the store once again, and the store manager Irene, answered. When we explained the situation, she replied "oh yeah we were just out of original pan and we were out of cheesy bread." As if that was a satisfactory answer. Why wouldn't she call us and ask if we still wanted our order? Or what we would like as a substitute? Or literally communicate with us AT ALL rather than sending us an order that was half wrong, while still charging us the full price??? The whole time we were on the phone she was dismissive and annoyed that we were upset. We asked for a refund and she said that only her general manager could give us a refund and she isn't back until the 14th. So, we will be in touch with Pamela on the 14th. Ugh.
