- LHLaTrina HicksFeb 25, 20261.0My husband picked up 2 pizzas on Monday, one supreme and the other with sausage and pepperoni. After my third bite I found a long reddish colored hair. I threw mine away. My Son ate a slice of the other pizza and he also had a hair baked into his pizza. I called the store and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that he was the supervisor. I explained the issue, and instantly he went on the defensive stating that there were only guys with short hair that worked that day. I then asked if the staff were required to wear hairnets to which he replied no. I asked the name of the manager and was told that they are unable to give out there names. I then asked for the number to their cooperate office, and was told that he does not have the number. I Googled the number to the cooperate office. I called and the automated message only gave the option to post a message on the website. But the website requires that I have the information from the receipt, which I no longer have. I really liked Papa John's up to this point. I will NEVER spend another dime there. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

However on Feb 5th, I ordered a large stuff crust works pizza, papa bowl, and brownie. The pizza had almost no sauce, no cheese in crust, and below toppings was doughy. The brownie wasn't done, and the Papa Bowl was just Pizza Toppings with very little sauce also. We went and spoke with the manager working today and was recommended to post this review for the franchise owner to see. The store manager has my number for a call ot text back resolution.
