  Their pomegranate hibiscus tea is terrible. I usually get from the other store located on Newberry rd. That tastes great. Whenever i get it from archer road location it taste like rotten. Its been like this over a year I complained them before but nothing changed.

  I wanted a bagel with cream cheese with tomatoes and onions, cucumbers and green peppers. They can do a bagel and add a separate cream cheese say they can't add onions and tomatoe unless you order a sandwich. They don't have a veggie sandwich. The place was not clean. I prefer McCallisters or Einstein bagels.

  For some reason, everytime I visit this location they are out of items. Today, it was the breadbowl. The cashier offered to give me extra pieces of baguette to compensate...which was cool...but then charged me 99 cents per piece...I mean, I even saw a loaf of sourdough in front of me that could have been used. And if you are substituting for something that was outside of my control, it should be "on the house". Go to the Newberry Rd location. I just spent just over 20 bucks for two bowls of chili with no breadbowls...I know it sounds petty but when you are hormonal and have a craving and you are irritated by something like this...iykyk...I'll pass next time.

  Great Panera. Even better than the last one I went to. The tomato soup plus the french ciabatta sandwich was the perfect combination.
