Can’t remember our servers name but he was a heavier set guy with long brown hair and we really didn’t see him much. We started out with the bloomin’ onion which was the 3 stars. I ordered the bloomin’ chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and baked potato soup, I saw there was an up charge for the mashed potatoes but that’s the first thing the waiter mentioned which was kind of weird. My food comes out and my mashed potatoes were cold, so I mention it to the waiter and he gave me a little attitude about it and about 30 seconds later came out with “fresh” which were Luke warm. I just settled with it, I just had a tooth pulled and wanted something filling and soft and instead I got cold food. Not a location I’ll be returning to.
