I can't fault the servers entirely, since the biggest issue was the food. Dining in at dinner with my elderly parents, for reference, and we hadn't been here in years.
Mom's coconut shrimp were massive and she liked them, though she didn't really eat any of the weirdly collapsed sweet potato she got as her side. Dad got the steak and lobster, with the steak coming out bloody-rare and looking rather tough to be a filet. His lobster tail was smaller than any one of mom's shrimp. He asked for baked potato with butter only, but got a plop of sour cream anyhow.
My fried chicken was salty. Not just slightly, but incredibly so. I tried scraping the breading away, but they must overbrine the chicken somewhere because that salt ran all the way through it. The mashed potatoes were dense and compressed into a cafeteria-style scoop, which made them dry. I didn't finish dinner. The caesar salad was good, and the bread was alright.
The person who dropped off our food didn't pick up the salad, soup, or bread plates which meant we had very little room to start our entrees. There was no interest in how dad's steak came out (a lot of places wait for you to cut into it to ensure it's to your liking). We were jammed in a booth despite having two disabled adults in my party that would've benefited from another arrangement. By the time we got to the booth and noticed the awkward configuration the server had vanished; it was easier to just deal with where we were than get someone to change us.
No, we didn't send food back. I vote with my feet and my dollars. Nothing about this meal entices me to come back and give it another chance.

We have been here in Gainesville for 2 weeks with a child in the hospital. We decided to DoorDash a decent meal tonight, we were over hospital food and all…..my husband and I got filets…when I tell you it was the toughest filet I think I’ve ever eaten…so fatty. More like a badly cooked sirloin. That wasn’t the worst part though, it wasn’t seasoned at all, like literally not even salt. We didn’t want to risk ordering baked potatoes and not getting sour cream and butter, cause ya know, delivery food, it happens sometimes…so we got mashed potatoes instead….or so we thought…what we got was a baked potato they smashed to look like mashed potatoes, again, with literally no salt, nothing. It was horrible. We will have many trips to gainsville in our future, this is the last place we will ever eat.

Came for Valentine's Day Dinner. We were seated within 10 minutes.
I ordered the Delmonico Steak, Lobster Tail, Steakhouse Macaroni & Cheese and Loaded Mashed Potatoes.
The Macaroni and Cheese was not very good...The crust in the cheese didn't add much to the dish, and it was over-seasoned with something akin to Coriander.
The lobster tail/butter sauce were both pretty bland.
The Loaded Mashed Potatoes were almost tasteless except the "loaded" portion on top.
The Delmonico Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, and very good. Definitely the best part of the meal and worth an order.
The Macaroni was sent back and replaced with the steamed broccoli which was surprisingly very good.
Our Server was Kind and Helpful with our orders.
Unfortunately, it was a mid experience overall due to the taste of the majority of the food. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either.

We came for a belated Valentine’s Day date yesterday. I ordered the filet mignon medium and lobster. My filet mignon was rare, like bloody juice on the plate rare. My husband addressed it and they took it back to fix. When it came back, it was WAY well done. I just kept it since obviously I didn’t want to ruin our date but it was still a bummer. I wouldn’t have put in a review about it but we also got the takeout meals and while mine was okay (Alfredo pasta, I just chalk it up to it’s not as good as other options and wouldn’t do again), my husband got like no food in his bowl? He’s ordered it in the past so he knows what to expect. Like you could barely see the rice under the salmon and the rest of the bowl is empty? I’m so confused how anyone thought that was okay to send out, they should have just told us they were out of rice if that was the case? Also, he took a video as he removed two easily-found large bones without having eaten the salmon, they were like right on top! Who knows how many other bones are in that salmon. Quality control was definitely not at its best last evening.
Almost all staff were busy chatting and laughing in the back corner loudly almost our entire date. It was uncomfortable yet we just tried to ignore it. Definitely not a good experience which is unfortunate since it was supposed to be a special outing for us not only for the holiday but to celebrate our first baby.

Very poor service do not care about taking care of customers went in tonight at 7 PM. They’re at least 20 or 25 empty tables and it was still 45 minutes to an hour wait supposedly because of the Kitchen yet there were four house standing around the house to stand, giggling and carrying on and at times there were two or three buses or other people standing around chatting with them, as well as not Having signature dishes at 7 PM on a Saturday night that you advertise on TV and have downsize your menu for only Saturday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday but she don’t even have it on Saturday night at 7 PM and don’t waste your time or energy doing call ahead, cause that means nothing or waitlist I should say talk to heavyset manager don’t know his name doesn’t seem to care. I have been to over 10 different outbacks and have never run into this problem on a Saturday night four weeks in a row.
