  We had a huge party of 18 people attend this facility. First off, I called multiple times trying to keep them updated on the total head count. The origional count was close to 30. They were so kind and wonderful even though we ended up way shorted than anticipated. They were TOTALLY prepared for everyone i accounted for. They were kind, hardworking, professional, and out of this world amazing!!!! Our waitress never stopped! Thank you for a wonderful friendsgiving! We will be back!!

  Service from tje hostess to the wait staff was excellent. The food came out in a timely manner. Food was hot, and cooked as ordered.

  Food was great.. waiter was friendly but spent alot of time cracking dad jokes with customers seemed like most of his tables were a bit annoyed. We waited on drink refills theough our whole meal. We were out before food even came to the table. People that brought the food out were very accommodating but waiter just seemed a little distracted. A man was sat close to use facing our table and he did nothing but complain about things that have been taken off the menu and that he was only there cause he had rewards he needed to spend.. my party was unable to continue a conversation because of this customer being disruptive. We came during a slow time in hopes that we wouldn't have to deal with stuff like that but I guess they try to seat everyone together even when there isnt many people in the restaurant.

  Entire meal was bland and taste like a frozen meal. Steak had zero seasoning asparagus zero salt or anything, lobster tail was seasoned with paprika only. French onion soup taste like beef bouillon and water with a big lump of soggy bread on top. Shrimp were seasoned well but small and plated on a soggy piece of bread.Waiter seemed as if he really didn’t want to serve my family. Will never return.

  We came here for our weekly Sunday dinner with our extended family. It was a party of 8. Most of our food was pretty good however my mother and I ordered mashed potatoes and they were cold and clearly old. They were sent back and when they came back we could tell the scooped new ones onto a plate and stuck it in the microwave. Our servers name was Ryan and we were pretty displeased with his attitude. For starters when he brought the mashed potatoes back he handed them off and rudely stated that he knows they’re hot because he scooped them himself and steam was rolling off when he scooped them. Then when it was time to pay, my mother who is not tech savvy and has a hard time with her eyes had her card in the receipt holder/folder (that specifically has a spot for a credit card). The server went to the other side of the table to grab the table top card machine and as he put it in front of my mom very rudely stated “I’m sorry but corporate spent money of these devices and you have to use it”. This led to me having to do it for her because the light from the machine was bothering her eyes. I understand the convenience of these devices, I myself like them but to rudely force someone to use them is very unacceptable when the server could have easily taken it to the register.
