We live in the ocala, florida and was traveling to go home. So on the highway on the way home I was eating my chicken nuggets that my husband was handing me while I was driving home and I ended up choking on a chicken nugget. I ended up coughing up a piece of bone that was found in the chicken nugget. The chicken nuggets are not supposed to have any bones. And I am deeply concerned. I have now tried to call them for the last forty minutes with no answer. Because they took the phone off of the hook. I am heading back later tonight to try to get my money back. But this is deeply concerning.As there are a lot of kids that eat the chicken nuggets, so I am just cautioning for everyone to be careful. It's such a shame that the world we live in increased. The price for food, but yet decreases the quality that we get.

I did observe a gentleman who ordered via machine, ahead of me. However, I received my order, ate my food, and that customer was still waiting for his. Recommendation: McDonalds might prove more successful with not spending thousands of dollars on expensive equipment and pay better salaries to human workers. The end result is not that all automation is more successfull. McD and other companies may not be served as well by automatic ordering which does not prove as easy as stating choices to a human.
