I told him I had 2x McRibs with extra pickle, and immediately saw the disappointment in his face. He gave my order to someone else. But there happened to be another order of 2x McRibs regular, so he passed that through the windows as my order. I knew they didn't have extra pickle, but I was sitting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes already. Not sure what's going on, but McDonald's consistency is lost on this location. Maybe this is the new trend in service, no smile and you get what you get.
