    Everytime I come to this drive through I have to pull to the side and wait. No matter how small. They made me wait for one big mac.... Also they never have the new limited time items even though its advertised all over the building... crazy. Do something right

    At 1:08pm I ordered 2x McRibs with extra pickle. At 1:26pm I finally made it to the pickup window. I told him I had 2x McRibs with extra pickle, and immediately saw the disappointment in his face. He gave my order to someone else. But there happened to be another order of 2x McRibs regular, so he passed that through the windows as my order. I knew they didn't have extra pickle, but I was sitting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes already. Not sure what's going on, but McDonald's consistency is lost on this location. Maybe this is the new trend in service, no smile and you get what you get.

    One person running both drive throughs and they love to constantly ignore one of them. I am tired of pulling up and leaving with nothing after watching multiple cars pass in the other lane while I can't get a response from the call box
