  I’m not kidding this literally took 20 minutes from ordering to me getting my sandwich. I’ve never seen someone move slower in my entire life

  I am improving my previous review and want to say that your employee Henry is by far my favorite person at your store on University Ave and is always the number one person I look forward to seeing whenever I walk through your stoee door. He's always cheerful with a smile, generous, kind, respectful and his work performance is always spot on and performs very well at his job and with his customer service. I once again state that I will definitely be coming back again in the future and I very much highly recommend others come to your store and enjoy your really delicious food.

  Usually love this place for a quick sandwich, but I ordered for delivery and the guy arrived to my door in a bike with his food gloves still on. He was over 40 minutes late and pestered me multiple times for a tip instead of leaving. What really bothers me is the fact that one of their employees rode his bike to my house with his food gloves used to make the sandwich still on. Then going back to make sandwiches with the same gloves after touching the bike handles, door knobs, and more while delivering. Beyond disgusting. Can’t bring myself to go back there ever again knowing how unsanitary they really are.
