We went there with our son who is an avid fan of your place, and the food was great! The woman behind the counter was so quick and professional! My husband was a certified food safety consultant before he retired. As a result, he's really aware of any details. And. he thought your place was excellent!

The location at Archer Road has better hygiene practices, like not talking over your food and changing gloves between making subs. The two stars are only because the sub is appetizing.

Saint Leo University Men & Women’s cross country team stopped by today unexpected with 25 people and the two guys working together got our orders done really fast without any complaint and made us feel welcomed. I recommend this Jimmy johns to anybody as the service is amazing. Thank you for feeding a hungry cross country team.

Our company orders from you at least 4 times a week with many mistakes that we do not call or complain about. My coworker today ordered her lunch before me online and mine came first. Come to find out Jimmy John's chose not to fill her order even though she had proof of payment for and confirmation order. She even offered to go up there to show proof but they said no they would not except it. Shame on you for poor customer service. You have lost several repeoa customers..
