Burgers and fries, as always, tasty and perfect. This location was very clean and well maintained. The service was a little slow, but after our arrival it became quite busy.

Apparently when I went there around lunch time they were short-handed. I guess because there was nobody at the counter. The guy that was making burgers said I'll be right there, but yet I waited at the cash register to place an order for about 10 minutes before anybody came to take my order. I get it's lunch time and you're busy with all your takeout orders and people inside the restaurant but I believe that was a little bit ridiculous. If you short-staffed or someone didn't come in you need to get on the phone as a manager and start calling your other staff members to see if they could come in to help relieve your struggle. For this reason I gave the service a one star. If I could give them a new star I would. The guy that finally came over to help me was a little rude and not very friendly. I guess he didn't want me or wanted me to complain about how crappy the service was. Also, the dining area and bathrooms were dirty and needed attention but apparently they were too busy making burgers to help. Help or like I said there just wasn't anybody there to help out. So five guys is normally okay. The fries were way too salty. Burger was okay and I gave it just an okay but normally they are a lot better. Take this comment and run with it if you want. Maybe I just got them on a bad day but your service-based business there should be someone friendly wanting to greet me to take my money for an expensive hamburger as it is. This is one of the many reasons why I don't eat fast food at all anymore because of crappy service. Crappy attitudes and the food is just way too salty anyways

Love Five Guys. Because I can't have gluten, they clean the grill before I get my food and they wrap it in lettuce. Very good. I like of better than a bun.

How are you going to tell people you don’t have hamburgers at a hamburger spot with a grill full of cooking hamburgers? Lazy employees cost you tonight.
