My only complaint is the lines, when it’s open to “selecting the shortest line” it’s a breeze but when they send people out to direct which line to go into, it gets chaotic and backs everything up and almost causes accidents. Needs to be a safer way to manage the slight inconvenient location it was built in

I arrived and ordered my usual, and I usually would ask for light ice, with a top off of extra rebel. I was always told by employees at this location that they have rebel on tap, and do not charge extra to top off drinks. So after ordering my drink, the worker confirms my order with me, and then getting up to the window it’s another story. The worker confirms my drink with me, and then proceeds to tell me they “don’t do that anymore” and I’d need to spend an additional $5 to top off my drink. On a drink that already costs $9, an additional $5 puts it at a whopping $14. This is criminal and while my anger doesn’t lay with the front line workers, it lays with the greedy owners of the location who want to nickel and dime every last cent out of you. I’m surprised they don’t charge you to put ice in your drink or for a straw. All I’m going to say is I’m glad there’s other local options that also happen to be cheaper, because this is my final straw with Dutch Bros.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
