Yelled our price at us, wouldn’t let us choose our donuts and made it seem like we were a huge inconvenience for not having told him the specific donuts we wanted over the intercom (he also didn’t bother to ask). Have had better experiences at other locations but this one is usually pretty bad. Not sure why it’s so hard for some employees to drop their attitude and give decent customer service. I’ve worked in customer service and I understand how hard and draining it can be but that doesn’t make it okay to treat people rudely for absolutely no reason. Do better Dashaon.

She also messed my drink up by giving me a normal coffee instead of the cold brew. Then when I tried to talk to her she said it was correct and for me to leave… like bruh ik my drink is supposed to be COLD not hot! Very rude weird interaction. I like the products but when a worker has this attitude there’s no way I’m stopping again for my after work treat.
