When we pulled up to the window, he practically threw our drinks at us and when my husband was trying to ask for a straw, he slammed the window in our faces completely ignoring us.

Yelled our price at us, wouldn’t let us choose our donuts and made it seem like we were a huge inconvenience for not having told him the specific donuts we wanted over the intercom (he also didn’t bother to ask). Have had better experiences at other locations but this one is usually pretty bad. Not sure why it’s so hard for some employees to drop their attitude and give decent customer service. I’ve worked in customer service and I understand how hard and draining it can be but that doesn’t make it okay to treat people rudely for absolutely no reason. Do better Dashaon.
