- EAeunhae ahnOct 28, 20251.0This is the second time Domino’s has pissed me off! I ordered ahead to be picked up at a later time, and the tracker said it was complete. But when my husband went to pick it up, they didn’t even have it ready. No apology, no explanation—just that “don’t care” look from the girls. One girl (blonde) went back to the kitchen and started baking the pizza after our scheduled pickup time. And to make things worse, she forgot the sauces I paid for, so I had to make another trip back to get them. Honestly, it’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with this twice in a row. Poor service and zero accountability. I will never go back to this location. Will never recommend.

Sat and waited another 25 to 30, only to find out my order had been sitting on a shelf in the back. Someone asked my name and I told them, I was visible to the workers, and was passed by mulitple drivers coming and going before someone asked if i had been helped. I just don't understand. Pizza wasn't bad, just not very hot. Please teach these employees some self awareness.

(Tim hope I got that right) was so kind when I told him my kiddo has a food allergy even went further as to keep things separated and let us know what was from a 3rd part. (Bryce I believe made the pizza both times) they where a hit. The Customer service is absolutely a lost art,Nowadays and it seems it's not lost on you guys.Thank you so much for doing your jobs so well! Ps. Pineapple go's on pizza🤣🥰🥰
