But when my husband went to pick it up, they didn’t even have it ready. No apology, no explanation—just that “don’t care” look from the girls. One girl (blonde) went back to the kitchen and started baking the pizza after our scheduled pickup time. And to make things worse, she forgot the sauces I paid for, so I had to make another trip back to get them. Honestly, it’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with this twice in a row. Poor service and zero accountability. I will never go back to this location. Will never recommend.
