The service is like any other food chains and franchises, just workers in general. The place had small place to eat and crowded somewhat the layout is very small. We ordered 4 with 3 people and decided we can't sit here and eat. So we took out the food and ate somewhere else with a picnic table. It was nice.

The management is clearly disregarding the reality that this Chipotle is missing the mark on so many levels. The line never seems to have enough people working so God save the poor worker that's trying to run both sides of the line while trying to keep a good disposition for the rightfully disgruntled customers. But don't get your hopes up by trying to circumvent the line ordering online! Because whatever line is dealing with online orders in the back is equally ineffective. The only redeeming quality was the food which at least wasn't as bad as the rest of the experience would have let you to believe.

Out of the three big TV screens that they have over the counter, this item is pictured in the center screen all by itself. After Waiting in line for a ridiculously long time because they only had two people in the front, I go to place my order, and I am told that they are not serving that item. When I asked why, I was told that their manager had told them not to for some reason or another. The LEAST you could have done his put up a sign and let your customers know!
