It would be faster to have someone deliver your food to their own parking lot . Staff ignored the line of 21 people deep while waves of drivers came came in and out. No tables were clean to even sit down. Feel sorry for the actual staff as they were fighting for their lives here

Main floor was flooded the whole time. No toilet paper in the bathroom. I asked many times before they dropped a roll in. Paper overflowing on the ground. Men’s bathroom covered in pee and feces. Absolutely disgusting Chipotle.

Another just walked off and the final one was on the phone in her EarPod talking about people getting arrested. Not to mention they were out of things but mysteriously had some “for to go orders” oh and random customers. Just not cool. This is the first time I have ever given. They have way to many pick up orders with no to go bar for the workers to use so the customers in line suffer while they have tons of pick up orders on the line. Customers in store should receive service before pick up orders. Or maybe don't allow pick up orders at this location...also they are always out of food items.

Most of the people are pretty great given their awful working conditions but this place is constantly packed and 3-4 people working as 1 phone order and 1 walkin get added every 1-2 minutes. The result is a terrible wait (1 hour+ today was typical, Friday 2:30 pm not even a meal time) and everything covered in spilled food because nobody can stop to wipe or sweep. We wont even talk about conditions in the unattended restrooms. This is 100% failure of management/ownership.
