The counter was very dirty and nasty looking…wipe that thing down! They were out of a lot of ingredients/stuff you put in a bowl and they were still supposed to be open for another 2.5 hours. They didn’t have any ice either or straws. I would have considered just buying a drink right in front of where you pay but there was rice and lettuce that had fallen on that as well and it looked disgusting. The tables were all very dirty and all trash areas were overflowing. Literally just a tiny bit of effort could correct all of these problems but it was shocking how poorly this store was being managed. Should have just gone to Cava next door or literally anywhere else!

They also don’t have good cell service or wifi in the building which makes it difficult to redeem any points. Even had a worker tell me that management likes the poor service and no wifi so people don’t sit down too long. I regret going here every time and hopefully next time I remember and go to sushi 2 go next door.
