    Long time Carrabba’s customer, I have never had worse customer service from their restaurant in my life. I called to place a pickup order, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up. I called back, and they didn’t even bother to say hello, they just picked up the phone and hung up. This process was repeated 3 more times and then twice more from a different number with the same exact results. The only words we got through our combined 6 phone calls were “yeah one second” and then proceeded to never get back to us and hung up.

    I’m happy to be experiencing my second monthly wine dinner. I am excited to be here after my first experience was so so very good! The staff remembered me from my first visit in October which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks Lindy

    This was my first time going here and I will never go back! I ordered Shrimp Alfredo to go. When I got to the car it was not even hot. The noodles were cold and dry, and the shrimp well only 5 pieces of shrimp for almost $30 were dry and burnt. Food quality was terrible. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

    I have one hard-to-find vegan option, and that pasta dish is OK. My family has ordered the steak multiple times, and it is only done correctly about half the time. Once, we had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to bring the steak back, and by that time everyone was done eating. Vegan option just passable. Service not great, and food overall (if done correctly) is just fine. It isn't acceptable that over 50% of the steaks are overdone and inedible.

    We arrived at the restaraunt before the dinner rush. It took 30 minutes to get our order. When we got our meal most of it was cold. The pasta was overdone and gummy. We had to ask 3 times for extra bread because it took so long to get our meal, but we never got the bread.
