  I am submitting this complaint regarding the service I received during my recent visit. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the oxtails served were extremely small and not consistent with the portion or quality expected. When I attempted to address this with the staff, my concerns were dismissed. I requested a way to send photos of the meal so management could see exactly what was served. However, I was told that they would not accept any photos. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed that they were unavailable, despite clearly hearing them in the background instructing staff and stating, “We are not doing any refunds.” At no point did I request a refund; I only asked for an appropriate channel to share the photos and have the issue acknowledged. This lack of transparency, refusal to communicate directly, and unwillingness to address a legitimate concern is unacceptable. I am submitting this complaint so that the matter can be properly reviewed and so future customers do not experience the same treatment.

  The oxtails are really good seasoned to perfection and very tender. The cabbage was disappointing needs more seasoning and a little bit more cook time, but overall definitely worth the price.

  RECENTLY!!! I’m sorry but the owner or cooks are not real chefs nor real carribean because all these “Jamaican spots” around town claiming they have jerk chicken HAVE NO CLUE WHAT REAL JERK TASTES LIKE AND CARIBBEAN SPICE is one of them I don’t kno what u think u are cooking but your restaurant will not last the next five years ,, with some raggedy baked chicken that u guess cook and bake it in Americanized jerk marinade/bbq…. Jerk chicken is not always about slapping bbq sauce on it… your food is pure garbage and this is constructive criticism for yo mmhm!

  Hands down the best Jamaican restaurant in Gainesville. You can literally get anything here and you will be satisfied with genuine Jamaican food. The owner is incredibly kind and you should definitely give it a visit.

  There was a lady in here complaining to staff bc they were out of mild beef patties.. She was being VERY rude and the staff was SOOOO friendly, professional and patient!! This food was absolutely AMAZING 😍 I was just visiting the area. Loved it here!
