- SRShaydan RiceFeb 17, 20191.0this place sucks. visiting Gainesville with family and this place closes at 9. we drove 20 mins for ice cream because we love baskin robbins only to b told that this guy closes the ice cream part down an hour before closing. we were there 5 mins after 8. been to many baskin robbins and none do this. when asked to talk to manager was told hell he here at some point tomorrow. well were leaving tomorrow morning so i cant do that. very very unhappy with this right now.
- CBC. B.Mar 1, 20154.0I do like the staff. They are always friendly and calm, even during busy hours. My issue with this Baskin-Robbins is that they're ALWAYS out of stock. If I want a brownie sundae, it's always a hit-or-miss if they've got brownies. If I want fudge, it's not always there, but they do have chocolate syrup as a substitute. Their ice cream cups for sundaes do not have proper fitting lids. At first I thought these were just small, uncommon issues, but I go there randomly, never at the same time, and these issues still persist. All I can think is that whoever manages the store does not care enough to have this Baskin-Robbins organized. The ice cream is consistently tasty, and I'm never horribly dissatisfied, but it's odd to me that an ice cream shop is so ill prepared ALL THE TIME. In my hometown, no Baskin-Robbins ever had such issues with having everything in stock, *AND* the ice cream was cheaper too for all of that organization.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
