One was standing around, staring at my friend and I while we waited for service while the other served the guy in front of us. After the other customer left, we were ignored. No hello, no get out, nothing. I guess they were hoping we would just walk out if they ignored us entirely. Once they figured out we weren't leaving, they decided to finally serve us. My friend and I both ordered two scoops of ice cream and, while mine was perfectly fine, this absolutely rude boy gave her one scoop and a sliver of a second. When confronted, he proceeded to act condescending and counted the "scoops" out to me. I then made him compare my cup to hers, told him to fix it, and we left. This place is AWFUL. Won't be back, and will be pulling a Karen and reporting the experience.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
