I previously had a good experience, but the afternoon crew on 2/11/26 exhibited bad customer service. Ordered ahead for 2:04 and did not get my food until 2:16. They barely acknowledged me and never apologized. I never even got my drink. I drove off after they ignored me for 5 minutes messing with the drink machine. Hope no one gets fired, but they need to get their act together because it sounded like they were arguing with each other. Just communicate and do what you gotta do y’all.

We have been at this Arby’s several times and always the workers are nice and attentive. The woman at the counter today was not friendly. I ordered a Jamocha shake with my meal, but it was obvious it was only a vanilla shake. I went back to tell her it tastes like vanilla, not a Jamocha and she insisted it was not vanilla. Jamocha is suppose to be a light brown color with whipped cream and the drizzle of chocolate. This was white with barely any whipped cream and no chocolate drizzle. This worker acted like she didn’t care about the quality of her work and customer satisfaction.

I came in to arbys with my daughters this evening on a normal weekday night. I was greeted right away and also greeted my children as well bring smiles to their faces. We ordered are food and it was fast and accurate and even brought out to our table. Robert continued to check on us to see if everything was good or we needed anything. He was also very busy up front and still had time to check on us and everyone in the lobby. I've never experienced such good customer service especially at a fast food place. He really stood out and I will for now on choose this arbys to come too. Even over mcdonalds and most fast food restaurants. Give that man a raise you don't see that everyday!
