  The food was amazing, the meat was impeccable, especially the signature brisket. The ribs were tasty, the atmosphere is nice and it was very clan. The service was excellent, workers are all sweet and friendly. The price is very reasonable for the portions and quality, we loved it. 5/5.

  We came here for the first time tonight. Food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also very impressed with the floor manager, he was out talking to customers and cleaning and restocking, it was refreshing to see an active manager! We will definitely return and bring our family for the delicious food!

  The staff at the Gainesville Fl store is AMAZING!!!! Not only is the food perfect, and consistent, every single time we come here, it’s crazy delicious!!!! Joe especially is an amazing guy… just great food and great people!!!!!! They go above and beyond! The food is incredible and so is the customer service!!!!

  Food was good, however when i went to get a refill the soda machines were turned off. It was my first time here and the lady at the counter said we turned them off. I said there are still people here eating and no one said anything about the soda machines. Myself and a few others were shocked. Customer service zero stars!

  More than a meal - We had 4 Rivers catered at our wedding 6 years ago, first off, so we have always loved their food and mission, but recently we stopped at this location on a road trip home from a wedding, and hospitality was just so incredibly special. We had our two kids with us, and I had nursed the baby in the car while my husband went in with our toddler and started. When I came in, an incredibly special team member named Jack came over. He just started offering some words of encouragement which, after a long day and truthfully tough season, were so kind. He also offered to get me replacements for any items that had cooled down while I was nursing - if you’re a mom, you know the absolute luxury of that offer! He brought my husband a drink (which we could have gotten ourselves but he told us to sit and relax), cooed over my kiddos, and he brought us all cookies that he had made himself, just the way his grandmother used to, he told us. He proceeded to go the extra mile for all the other tables in the place. Rarely if ever have I encountered that level of hospitality at any restaurant, even the “fancier” ones; also rarely if ever have I encountered someone with that much joy in serving. No drudgery, no even duty, but it was truly his joy to make our mealtime as sweet and stress free as possible. I know it was the joy of Jesus in his heart. So grateful for Jack and the unexpected blessing of his words and his kindness - huge props to 4 Rivers for finding people like him.
