Wonderful wonderful experience, food was flavorful and hot - plus the Lobby Manager Jack was super helpful and attentive to my family. Everyone in the team was great. They always make you feel welcome. This is what customer service is supposed to be and they fully embrace that. The manager Jack is so friendly! I'll definitely be back.

I had their cuban and loved it. Can not say enough about the cheese grits! SO GOOD! Best part of the night was the gentleman that takes care of the lobby, Jack. He came to our table, as well as all the tables in the lobby and made sure we had everything we needed. He had a smile and a kind words for everyone he spoke with. In a day and age where we all wonder where customer service has gone he showed us it is definitely at 4Rivers. He had a smile from ear to ear and spoke about how fortunate he felt to have such a great job with such a good company! Thanks Jack for the smiles and kind words! Looking forward to coming back again soon!
