  So disappointed in the customer service and food. I placed a order and it was disgusting. Hash browns burnt but only 6 and my sandwich was hard. Then I order 10 count dount and why I only got 9. It may be little thing but I paid my money so I expect better food and customer service. Today is the last day at this dunkin.

  I have gone to this location many times and I have never left disappointed. Every single staff member from Morning staff ( main manager Chrystal and to the specifically the night shift crew with Elton Banks , Alphonso Gilbert, and Steven Dent ( recent Main Manager ( night shift ) they have all attended to every one of my needs even with a chaotic atmosphere. all of those night shift members deserve high recognition by corporate and beyond . I highly recommend any coffee lovers or Dunkin lovers in general to visit this location .

  So slow!! Went here at 5:45 and the guy said “gimme one second” when I went to order and I waited and waited. I said I was kinda in a hurry “gimme one second”. I left. This ain’t no fast food. This is slow food. I know working in a Dunkin is probably hard work but that just really pissed me off especially because I went out of my route to stop here just to wait in silence at the order screen and not even get a coffee.

  Coffee is always burnt or watery idk what they do to it only once in a blue moon can they serve some actual good coffee I come from up north n im disappointed with the Dunkin’s around here
