We order at 2pm. Promised a pickup at 2:30. Got there at 2:35. Waited in a line of mobile orders for 20 minutes. Decided to just go up there and the guy acted like we didn't exist when i could see the cart of orders behind him. I took a step back NOT EVEN CROSSING the counter, he said "ma'am you aren't allowed back here" I proceeded to explain that I had an order an hour ago and was checking to see if my name was on the bag. He said people have been here longer than you. NO. The line went through in 20mins the time I was there. Isn't mobile ordering supposed to be quicker?! Anyways. After a good five minutes he checked and said annoyingly "look your name isn't even back here". So I left and came back an Hour later and had to ask another girl, The only one actually working and she got everyone's mobile orders while he stood there.

I have never been treated as rudely as I was at this Chipotle. There were 10 people waiting for mobile orders and 15 people waiting in the regular line. When I walked in, nobody was actually at the food counter or register. This was for like 5-10 mins after I got there, so I have no idea how long nobody was at the front before I got there. Finally someone walks out to the front, and they are restocking the chip shelf for the next 5 minutes, even though there’s a mountain of mobile orders sitting there. Finally one of the workers starts calling out names and was treating everyone so rudely, just super short and snappy (and I’m pretty patient and non-confrontational) but wow that was such a hostile environment, for what reason??? I’m sorry it was busy but you shouldn’t treat customers like that. That was ridiculous. I’m never coming back here if that’s how I’m going to be treated.

Just placed a mobile pickup order. Order was supposed to be ready at 1:20 and I got there at 1:24. I walk in and there are no bags waiting on the designated mobile order shelves. I stood in front of the shelves for a few minutes and 2 employees made eye contact with me but didn't ask if I needed help. I saw that there were 3 bags waiting on a shelf next to the register, so I walk back there myself, see the bag with my name on it and grab it. I just got home and the quesadilla I ordered is completely inedible - chewy like rubber and burnt in a couple of places - I had to spit it out. I get on the app and chat with "Pepper" the customer Service bot. I told Pepper the issue and the only response was that my feedback will be relayed to the store manager. I Google the customer service phone number, call them up, tell them about my issue, and request a refund. The rep tells me "we don't usually give refunds for an issue like this", which is laughable because if you won't give a refund for food I couldn't eat, what type of situation would actually warrant a refund?! I absolutely won't be back again.

I absolutely love chipotle don't get me wrong, but I swear the workers there are mad at you that they work there. It is so annoying as a customer, especially somebody who has worked in the food industry to be greeted in the way that these workers act and it is not just one of them. It is their entire staff all of the time and it is actually so frustratingm. I just get stared blank in the face when I ask for stuff or when I come in, they never say hello. They never say anything. They don't acknowledge you. They just stare at you like you're stupid and then they get mad at you when you ask them to do their job. and I never write reviews, but I swear there are so awful and the tables are literally always dirty all the time and there's always the longest line and it is not because they are busy it is because they are slow and they are lazy and they do not care and like I said as somebody who has worked in the food industry for over six years, it's really not that hard to make a bowl or a taco. today I was there and I asked one of the workers if I could have steak and he looked at me and said "I don't have steak" and I said "oh OK how long on it"you know a normal question and he just stared at me and I was like "do you not have it" and he just shook his head no Like I guess verbalization is hard or something I don't know just very annoying

I was the only person in line and waited about 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. I even had to ask if I was standing in the wrong spot, and was told I wasn’t. The restaurant itself was in a disgusting condition.
When I asked for a quesadilla, I was told I would need to order it online because only the employee in the back had the proper equipment to make it. Meanwhile, the employee assisting me continued to ignore me and instead talked with a coworker about needing more hours because she “spent too much money in Miami.” The coworker she was speaking to wasn’t helping either she was just sitting on her phone.
There was also a young man at the register. When things started to back up, he was told to put on gloves and help. He rolled his eyes, slowly walked over, put on gloves, and stood there without addressing any customers.
At that point, I decided to leave.
If you’re reading this, Chipotle, I strongly recommend a full reset of this location. The only employee who appeared to be working was the cook in the back. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning, better management, and staff who are willing to provide basic customer service. As it stands, the atmosphere is poor and the condition of the restaurant is concerning. I’ve seen better food safety standards in far less developed places.
