  If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle Mexican Grill location. I visited on March 21 around 11:00 AM, and the store was shockingly unhygienic, especially considering it has just opened. The food quality was unacceptable — the rice was undercooked, and the vegetables appeared spoiled, with signs they were not fresh. The most concerning part was the behavior of the staff member serving me at the counter. The interaction felt disrespectful and came across as discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect basic professionalism and fairness. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between poor hygiene, low food quality, and unprofessional service, I will not be returning to this location.

  Wenr last Friday nite after a UF baseball game. My son tried to order a bowl with brown rice. The girl said there wasn't enough for a full bowl order and he responded that was fine, just use what they had. She wouldn't do it. I went to order a burrito next and said brown rice (there was enough for a burrito) and the girl said it was for on line orders???? Im right there trying to buy what you are selling? Huh?? A very short white girl with dark hair. A total crap attitude that will keep me from returning despite living a 1/4 mile away. Unbelievable poor customer service.

  Ordered 5 days ago online and picked it up myself got it home like 5 minutes from the store and it was cold as hell I come back today and tell them that they give me nothing in return for it and ordered the same thing and got a burrito half the size I paid for last week overall they suck

  This place has a bad reputation of being completely out of food by 9 o’clock, and they don’t often replenish what is depleted. I have ordered here multiple times only to be disappointed when my meals are not correct, or they are out of something and the meal has to be canceled. Tonight I came into the store, 15 people waiting in line for them to restock, per usual, only to be disappointed when they announce they are out and do not have anymore, once again. I don’t know how this place stays in business. How do you run out of food two hours prior to closing. Not only that, but there is food all over the place. Literally looks like someone threw food across the cold line. Cross contamination everywhere, all the meat containers (empty) look stale and old. Food is covering all surfaces spread across the cold line. I wait 25 minutes in line for complete disappointment. Staff always looks upset, like they hate their jobs, and the nobody is moving with any sort of urgency. I’ve been in the service industry for 10 years of my life. This place is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever encountered. This is my 3rd experience like this in 2 months. How this chipotle is still in business, I don’t know. I was not the o ly person there with the same feelings. A group of people (upset) and mad about the fact that their online orders could not be complete, sat outside complaining about the continued terrible service and food quality, or lack of food at all, while ordering food from another establishment. If I was a district manager, I’d be cracking down.
