  This gotta be the slowest chick fil a in the world 😭 I shoulda timed it. They don’t even got customers inside it’s drive thru only I don’t get how this location don’t have people moving in and out 😭 short staffed? Idk. Soemthing got to change, other archer road location clears

  The Manager should read this. Door dash, Uber eats, Grub hub ect.. delivery derivers should avoid pickups here if it's busy. Bad experience. I went inside to pick up an order. You used to be able to go inside for pickups. Also the lobby was OPEN. employee said they no longer do pickups inside go through the mobile pickup drive through. Went outside line around the block down the street probably 30 cars 3 lanes ahead of me. Delivery drivers have to wait for this?? Rediculous. Had to wait probably 30 mins. For a $2 delivery. How are we supposed to make money. She couldn't have handed me the order? Bad policy fix it! We are not supposed to wait around while everyone orders. Other than that I'm sure the food is good ect..delivery drivers are supposed to get priority we are on the clock. It's a simple hand over of food.

  My experience was mind blowing at store #00531 the order number 107074266630. I come to location mon-fri because it convenient and I thought the employee cared but to be disrespected in a way was boggling I handed brook a 50 dollar bill and I had my hand out to receive my change and receipt and for her to bypass my hand and put my money on the counter was like wow was my hand not good enough or was the color of my skin disgusting. give me the same respect that give also putting the receipt on the counter. we have to do better as a whole. archer rd no dine in location Stop hiring people just because they have a pretty face if their soul and mind isn’t pure it will bring people like me to let you know. Bring back the old crew and get rid of this new group smh Restaurant Number: 00531

  It’s very weird to me that this is a carryout only restaurant but they make a DoorDash driver clog up the drive-through the mobile drive-through lane instead of just being able to run inside and grab the order now I’m sitting behind eight cars waiting for an order when there was not a single person in the lobby.

  Caal was the worker who took our order at the drive thru.. Caal did not seem to want to be there. I did not receive the classic chick fi la service. Order 2x spicy deluxe, didn’t ask if it was the sandwich of combo or type of cheese.. I asked for fries and if possible extra crispy. Didn’t see him do anything on the tablet when I asked about the fries. A Coke and sprite to drink.. And ordered a kids chicken nugget, just nuggets. Didn’t say my pleasure. When I got my bag , it was missing the chicken nuggets. And got 2 sprites.
