- L2LoA 2021Mar 5, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my experience today (3/5/26) at the Oaks Mall location. My food was so lukewarm it was almost cold! I don't know how long my food was sitting around before they bagged it up but this was extremely unacceptable. Also, the lemonade was awful and they were not busy at all (around 4:20pm). I have never had a poor experience with Chik Fil A and when you spend almost $30 for food, you shouldn't receive the quality I did. I will stick to the Archer Road location - lesson learned.
