  I came mid morning on 3/31 and they had cones blocking off the drive thru and it said they close at 4 which it wasn’t four at all it was close to it I was only coming get something simple for my wife who is in the hospital and it hurted because she really wanted checkers some one needs to see about this that was totally ridiculous I would like to speak to someone over whoever put that there

  I came up here to checkers at Walk up i was waiting for a DoorDash I watch the guy dig in his pants and fixing people food with blue gloves on first and foremost you never wear blue gloves in a fast food restaurant secondly it was a young lady coming greet me with a lime green jacket on she was super nice and while she’s getting my fries and bagging my order he’s just watching her , he didn’t budge to move at all and it was cars in the drive thru so why not he have came to see about the order instead of making the young lady double back and this all happen while they truck was there may I mind you he was digging in his pants and never even took off the gloves I was so disappointed…. by far the old workers was never like this and he seems new . Another thing he wears headphones in and it just drags on the line where the food goes

  Very rude workers . They sent us through the drive through just to tell us the food is going to take 30 minutes . Why is every checkers no matter where you go so crappy ?

  Pull up, the entire right side of menu is missing so you can only see the expensive combos. Order through the robot voice, then sit without moving for 15 minutes. Remember when checkers was fast and they actually used both lanes?

  I did the drive-through and wanted some special things on and off my sandwich. I was struggling to explain that to a robot when I heard the lady at the window holler to me to pull on up. She told me her name is Sarah. She was extremely helpful! And because my chicken sandwich had to be made from scratch, she actually walked it out to me after I parked. She even threw in a few pennies when I didn't have correct change. I hate that drive through robot! But the customer service I got after was second to none! Thank you so much!
