After several minutes, an employee appeared and said someone else would help us, but no one came. More customers walked in, and everyone was just waiting around confused. After about 10 minutes, two employees came out talking about missing supplies instead of helping customers. We finally ordered three coffees and three sandwiches, but they kept chatting before even starting our food. When the food was ready, we were still waiting for our drinks — our food got cold while we waited. When I asked about the drinks, the employee said, “I’m making the food, you have to wait.” When the drinks finally came, they were all wrong. Overall, the service was completely unprofessional and unorganized. Definitely the worst service we’ve had at this chain.
