  If you dare walk in and interrupt the employees sitting at the tables hang-out time, you will be rudely served with an attitude as if you are bothering them. They are very unfriendly and they will most certainly not listen to your order and give you whatever is easier and gets them back to chilling. I asked for a shot of espresso and get charged for it yet have never gotten a shot of espresso in my coffee… when I ask if the shot I payed for was in the coffee and I was met with a rude response and an eye roll “yea, I mixed it in” and she quickly walked away. I will avoid this Dunkin from now on. It is consistently a bad experience.

  No drive-through, had to go inside, there was nobody in front of me in line. I was standing in there for well over five minutes. One of the workers kept looking at me with a weird weird expression on his face, and never even greeted me or took my order. Very under trained staff it seems like. Also inside of a dirty gas station

  These ladies work very hard to provide good service and timely manner. It’s clear that they take pride in their job which is somewhat rare these days… Thank you ladies for your dedication to customer satisfaction!

  Our experience at this location was terrible from start to finish. When we arrived, no one was at the register. After several minutes, an employee appeared and said someone else would help us, but no one came. More customers walked in, and everyone was just waiting around confused. After about 10 minutes, two employees came out talking about missing supplies instead of helping customers. We finally ordered three coffees and three sandwiches, but they kept chatting before even starting our food. When the food was ready, we were still waiting for our drinks — our food got cold while we waited. When I asked about the drinks, the employee said, “I’m making the food, you have to wait.” When the drinks finally came, they were all wrong. Overall, the service was completely unprofessional and unorganized. Definitely the worst service we’ve had at this chain.
