  Okay so absolutely the slowest time to ever get our food here… two ladies working and we’ve been here for 45 minutes… still no food currently 10:55pm- 11:05pm got out food, the shake and blast were both melted… asked to be remade, kindly remade it which took another 5 minutes. The milkshake was soup and when it was brought out the first time. I get it it’s late at night but you’re getting paid to do this either way. The printed ticket said 10:08pm why am I leaving almost an hour later?

  Just wanted a foot long hot dog no chili no onions JUST CHEESE! My husband is hard of hearing so I sent him with a text to show them. What did I get? A foot long with chili no onions no cheese! Fortunately, enough for you I know that food loss is a big thing to the managers. Otherwise he would be back and you would have food loss. Count yourselves lucky this time I won’t do it again. Edit to this due to husband just told me his order was not correct either. The groovy chili fries had no chili and the dog (my dog) the chili was burnt. Yall got issues Edit they charged me a second charge for $5.05 I called and asked why there was two charges. With a nasty “ I’m sorry Mamn I was not here that day I can’t answer why” that’s what I was told she eventually hung up on me after she said to dispute it with my bank.

  I love this location I've been going to it for quite a while it's the closest one to my house which is about 45 minutes so I usually depend on them to be very accurate with my orders they have done very well. I did have two issues in the last few months. One was an issue with the manager and my order and after speaking with the GM and another manager and dealing with online support which took forever and didn't really get anywhere they had finally dealt with my issue and replaced my order free of charge so I appreciated that but it shouldn't have taken so much effort to get it replaced. The second time was I was given somebody else's bag and they were given mine. They brought the bags back into the store which they should have remade them since we both seem to have put our hands on each other's food but they came right back out in a matter of 1 to 2 minutes which is way too quick to recook everything I really didn't appreciate that I just hope they keep up with the customer service I'm used to.

  My bsf and I have been coming here for 7 months now every single day and we get dirty dr peppers and I just have to say that Kimberly does it like no other she makes our drinks sooooo good that we literally cannot go a day without it she is soo sweet and kind she makes every visit amazing truly deserves 10 stars !!!!
