For over $17.00 the soufflé was dry and cold and could not eat it even warmed up in the microwave. It appeared to be yesterday’s soufflé. The coffee is watered down and was not hot, the only saving grace was the bagel to go otherwise for $17.00 I spent was a waste. I used to stop frequently but not anymore. The manager needs to learn that Panera used to be crowded because the food was hot, and very good. I suggest asking what time the coffee was brewed and what time did you bake the bakery items before you purchase it. Plus the cost is getting out of hand. Sad!
