That’s the reason for the stars. Unfortunately, the service at the counter was shockingly bad. The young woman serving us seemed completely uninterested, bored, and unmotivated. She was rude, unpleasantly arrogant, and acted as if speaking to customers was an inconvenience. A friendly word or even basic politeness felt like a small miracle. Great product, but the experience was seriously dampened by the attitude at the counter. With better service, this place could be outstanding.

The doughnuts were as expected, the iced coffee was just hot coffee poured over ice. So it turned watery within minutes. Not a horrible experience over all but I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.

Lines without people helping, variety low because the company didn't make enough, employee turnover weekly, seats falling apart, mold and mildew on ceiling, sticky floors, and countless more. They are an embarrassment.
