  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had me standing there like I didn’t even exist!!!!! Definitely calling corporate. The treatment I received at this establishment was very RUDE!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

  Don’t even bother ordering their cream filled donuts. They have next to no cream inside of them. I’ve ordered them on a few separate occasions and each time not one of them had at least a bite sized filling of cream.

  My husband brought home six donuts and when I opened the box I was shocked by the size of the donuts. My husband paid $14.86 and something really made me realize why companies like this are ripping off its Customers. Will never again by from Krispy Kreme again until they change back to a recognizable donut at a reasonable price. What a shame.

  First we come here so often, and it’s always wonderful service! I have to point out this one visit though because I witnessed some of the most patient customer service I have ever seen. There is a long line of customers, so the workers are already moving at the speed of light to serve the drive thru and the line inside. A gentleman behind the counter was taking a customers order and this customer was so bossy and so rude to him and they even decided to cut others in line who had been waiting. I was having secondhand embarrassment for this customer. This gentleman serving her remained so calm and so patient with them, it was truly remarkable. Shout out to that gentleman and the Kristy Kreme team in Fort Myers!
