However, the DoorDash driver never delivered my order nor provided any proof of delivery. I called and spoke with the manager Tawanna Woods and she was AMAZING! She was immediately super eager to help me and assured me she would get it taken care of. She called DoorDash to get the food refunded to their store and the tip I left for the driver refunded to me. She and her team then remade the order for me to pick up in addition to my other pick up order I was coming in for. My order was ready SO FAST! And was hot and fresh! The entire team was so warm, friendly, and accommodating! They were all in great spirits and made me feel like such a valued customer. Having customers in the healthcare space, I bring donuts to them often. From now on, I will now ONLY give all my business to the Krispy Kreme at 4904 S Cleveland Avenue Fort Myers, FL all because of Tawanna and her team.Thank you so much again Tawanna and your fabulous team for helping turn such a stressful situation into a wonderful experience for me and my customers. I can’t thank you enough. You guys are the BEST!
