  This morning, I stopped by this Wendy’s and ordered a #1 combo, specifically asking for the potato wedges to be a large. The young lady handed me my bag which included a container of wedges which was only about halfway filled. I asked the young lady if that was supposed to be a large, mainly because it clearly looked underfilled.Instead of addressing the issue, she responded by saying something about the graphic display showing a medium as a large, which didn’t really have anything to do with the problem. My concern wasn’t about the menu display — it was simply that the wedges were not filled properly.A few minutes later I returned and watched another employee at the front fill a large order of potato wedges correctly, which confirmed that the portion I originally received was not prepared the way it should have been.I’m not sure if it was just a misunderstanding or lack of attention, but I hope staff are a bit more consistent with portions so customers receive what they actually order.

  Asked for freshly cooked food. They asked me to park and they’d bring it out. After waiting 15mins I walked in to find out they had no idea where the order is and re-made it. When I got home to look. These were the “Freshly Cooked” tenders. How does a manager allow this to happen you ask, maybe because he’s not paying attention and doesn’t care about someone leaving a review.

  Worst Wendy’s ever. Employees will literally ignore you and not take your order or play stupid when you ask for help. I stood 20 minutes in line on a empty lobby while they ignored me and not wanting to work

  I came to this Wendy’s craving a Baconator and it was a huge disappointment. The burger barely had any bacon (almost none), the beef wasn’t properly cooked, and the fries tasted old and reheated, like they’d been sitting for a while. In conclusion: I do not recommend coming to this Wendy’s. Very poor quality and experience.

  It is amazing how.much difference there is between this store and one just about 10 minutes east of here. I travel throughout South Florida therefore I visit a lot of different restaurants and fast food places. The staff's attention was amazing, the place was very clean. Ladies keep it up, ypu are doing an amazing job. I now know which is my go to Wendy's when I am in this area. Thank you.
