I come to this location regularly to buy $100+ worth of donuts for work and today’s experience made me never want to come back. The man working at the counter was cleaning the floor with a rag with no gloves, didn’t wash his hands, and then was handling food with no gloves during the entirety of my visit. On top of that, I asked for a vanilla latte and he went straight for the caramel. My husband didn’t even want me to ask to fix the order because he was moving so slowly. He turned on the water and left it running the entire time I was there (~10 minutes) and when I left it was still running. He seemed completely annoyed by my order being large. This man never once made eye contact with me, and when he spoke I could barely hear what he was saying because of the mumbling. I reduced my order (from 7 boxes down to 5) because he began taking other people’s orders before he completed mine. I don’t have high expectations for ordering donuts but this was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I had to walk up to the window on foot and place my order there. When I asked the employee what was going on and why there was no notification anywhere that customers aren’t allowed inside in the evening, she told me these were new rules. I asked her to show any confirmation or information about it, and she said she had nothing. This is unacceptable. You should post a notice so customers understand what’s going on. This is the first and the last time I’m coming here.
