Even though I told the woman at the screen at the drive-through that I wanted coffee, she completely forgot when I went to the window and gave me a weird attitude. When I got to the window, I thought I had an offer from the app that would give me one free dozen if I bought a dozen. I guess that wasn’t the offer, And she was giving me attitude at the window about how the offer wasn’t valid. I told them I won’t be coming back to this Krispy Kreme, and as I drove away, I heard her laughing at me. What started out as me, Just wanting to do something nice and having a good morning, ruined my good vibe before work.

My phone was acting up so I couldn't order online so I went there and I just went in and it was so quick. Staff was helpful and polite.. took my order for the donuts and I had my donuts in a few minutes. Great service!

A week later, i went to the same location and a yound lady did not honor the special. When I asked her about it, she said they don't do the special at this locstion which I know is untrue. She was very rude about it and wouldnt look at a previous receipt from the same location as proof. I would rather drive farther for a better experience. Donuts are always good though.
