    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from this Wingstop location. My husband and I placed an order for two 8 piece wing meals through their website for delivery, which is handled by DoorDash. Unfortunately, almost everything about this order went wrong. I requested all flats for my wings and a regular mix for my husband, but they reversed it. His were all flats and mine were a mix. I also asked for extra seasoning on my fries, but both orders came with no seasoning at all and were very dry. Our drinks were also missing. When we asked the driver, he said Wingstop never gave him any drinks to deliver. We contacted DoorDash and were told to call Wingstop customer service. When we called, the representative said DoorDash would have to handle a redelivery but they could submit a refund request that would take 2 to 5 business days. So we were out 45 dollars and still didn’t have the correct order. The only immediate option they gave us was to bring the food back to the store if we wanted it replaced, which defeats the purpose of delivery. My husband went back to the store and asked for the entire order to be remade. The remake was just as bad. The wings were extremely dry, they only gave us one fry instead of two and it still had no seasoning, and they put the same corn from the first order back in the bag so it was cold and chewy. The brownie we ordered was also dry and tasted off, which is unusual. My husband didn’t think to recheck the food before coming home because he didn’t think it was possible they would mess it up again. What makes this more frustrating is that we ordered from this same location a few nights ago and everything was great. Obviously today there was no care put into the order at all. We ended up not eating the food. Very disappointing experience.

    Place sucks. Ordered hot honey rub and there was barely any seasoning or flavor to it . just tasted like a regular chicken tender. My friend ordered to dine in, and it took 30 min to find out they had it in a to go bag the entire time

    Accidentally placed an order at this location and tried to cancel order but no one answered the phone. They keep on answering it then hanging up on my face

    The food is poor, the service is poor, the restaurant is dirty, I would not recommend this place.
