You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and enjoys what he does it really made the experience stand out. Five Guys is lucky to have him… give that man a raise!

You should probably take a moment to realize you have the worse customer service to one of the best places to eat from. I will be sure none of me , my family, football , baseball team & corporate team will never use your services .

The manager seems more interested in assuming he knows his customers and embarrassing them rather than trying to rectify the problem. Save yourself the frustration and skip this location. The district manager called and assisted with this encounter we had at this location. I want to note that we lived here for 10 years and visited this location numerous times without any problems; it only changed one the order was wrong and we called to tell them we didn’t receive what we ordered. I bumped the score up because the district manager was outstanding.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
