When I contact Wingstop, I am told to reach out to DoorDash and that they are not responsible. This repeated issue is unacceptable and I expect a resolution.

- MMMaggieDec 21, 20251.0I put an order in for carrot for 1:30 I show up at 1:25 and say their still working on it , I said okay cool, 10 minutes goes by, 15 minutes goes by and I finally get my food , I didn’t say anything I said thank you and walked out, I get things get busy in a fast food restaurant, mind you no one said sorry about the wait not 1 time to me , I go back in because I need another ranch and this woman tries charging me for the ranch after I waited an extra 15 minutes after my pickup time. I said that’s wild and I don’t even get an apology? She needs to learn a thing or two about costumer service. Wingstop do better!
