had a very unpleasant experience at this location on Wednesday at approximately 2:03 PM.
When I walked in, the restaurant was still full of customers actively eating, and there were hot dogs and spaghetti visibly sitting on the flat top. Two people were already standing at the register, and I waited several minutes while an employee stood behind the counter writing on a piece of paper and attempting to use a credit card machine. After waiting 3–4 minutes, she finally acknowledged me.
I politely said I’d like to order a few coneys to go. Her response was blunt: “We’re closed.”
I was confused, given that customers were still dining, food was still out, and staff were actively packing up orders. When I questioned this, she repeated, “No, we’re closed,” with no explanation or courtesy.
Beyond the rudeness, the atmosphere was disgusting. The restaurant looked unclean, uninviting, and poorly maintained — not something you expect from a place still serving customers at the time.
This was not just disappointing customer service; it was dismissive and unprofessional. If the store was truly closed, that should have been clearly communicated before customers were left waiting at the counter. I will not be returning to this location. We visit the Naples location all the time and the owner is usually there which is why I think it is always good there. If I owned this location I would be embarrassed.

Sat down and waited for a waitress to take our order. Another person came and sat at a table near us. The waitress took his order and gave it to him before taking our order. Disappointed with the service. Food is always good.

3rd time at the Ft Myers location with hard spaghetti noodles in our 3 ways!! We told the waitress the noodles were hard and she had absolutely no response. When paying at the counter the cashier ask how everything was and we told her the same thing "hard spaghetti noodles' again no response. This Cincinnati native is very disappointed in this location!!!!!!

The worst skyline chili location by far. I’m from Cincinnati Ohio raised in Anderson. This has to be the grimiest skyline. They do not keep up with the updates like other restaurants. The service was horrible they don’t treat it like a family atmosphere. Good luck trying to get your drink and order in. We waited 20 minutes then left without even getting a drink while multiple people had left before us too. They need to take notes from Clearwater, Sarasota, and Orlando to learn how to operate a skyline. By the way there French fry machine has been Broken for months.
