The first time this happened we called and were told a gift card would be sent in the mail and asked for our address. Never received the gift card and have tried to call multiple times with nobody answering finally had to debate the charge with our bank. This is the second time it’s happened and nobody is answering the phone. This is wildly disappointing obviously there’s issues at the top.
