Here for the wine dinner. Great night. Food was unique and paired well with the wines. Service was very good. Excellent value!! We will be back for another wine dinner.

The hostess created us as soon as we walked in and immediately sat us at a booth. Our waiter, Lucas, was great, despite a busy night he checked on us frequently and was very efficient. We had just taken someone to RSW, and decided dinner was a better choice than heavy traffic on I -75. We have eaten at several Carrabbas and have never been disappointed.

I ordered Doordash. The food came within a respectable time. Dasher was great. Food, on the other hand... Y'all took, "just add water" too far. I ordered the Alfredo and it's like Alfredo flavored water on overcooked pasta. I love Carrabba's, but this was literally not worth the calories, let alone the money. Jesus, do better.

It’s sad to see the restaurant once I managed in the kitchen back in 2012 when Matt fales used to be the general manager has changed a lot.
Service was very slow. I waited for my dinner for over 45 minutes and just to send my stake back because it was wrongly cooked!! Even my waitress said 5 of her tables sent their stake back as well !!
Poorly managed and poor food quality. I will give this place 1 out of 10 !!!

We’ve lived in the area for years and finally decided to try Carrabba’s because my son was really wanting pasta. We went in as a family of four and were seated immediately since the restaurant was only about a quarter full.
Unfortunately, that’s where the experience ended.
We sat at our table for over 20 minutes and not a single server came to greet us, take drink orders, or even acknowledge us. During that time, we could see multiple servers standing around, but no one approached our table. It was frustrating and honestly disappointing, especially with two kids waiting and getting hungry.
After waiting with zero service or communication, we decided to get up and leave and went to another restaurant instead.
We understand places can get busy, but that clearly wasn’t the case. A simple greeting or even “we’ll be right with you” would have made a difference. This experience makes it our first and last trip here.
