  When I was in Florida with my sister some family took us to Bonefish Grill for the second time. I absolutely love that place! Their food is amazing! They also have the best chocolate martinis! Their staff are very friendly and do an excellent job!

  Our server was wonderful from the get go! She introduced herself as Vivien and immediately answered all of the wonky questions that I asked. She even sent the manager over to help with menu items. I waited tables in high end restaurants for years and this young woman is a superb waiter. She made our entire meal a beautiful experience. Cheers, Kat

  This was our first time at Bonefish Grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We both enjoyed our salmon dishes and the crab cakes as well as our tasty cocktails. Since it was our first time, we were given a delicious brownie dessert. Our server, Astrid, added to our pleasurable experience. We will definitely go back.

  Este restaurant me sorprendió gratamente, La comida estuvo deliciosa, pedimos camarones rellenos de langosta, linguini en salsa de vino blanco con camarones y escalopes, Salmón sobre linguini con una salsa de tomate, todos los ingredientes perfectamente cocidos y frescos, con un Sazón increíble, realmente disfrutamos nuestra comida, El servicio excelente muy amables todo a tiempo, Creo que fue buena idea a haber reservado la mesa con Anticipación en lugar estaba repleto, Los cócteles preparados de manera precisa. Volveremos a repetir. Lo recomiendo.! Le recomiendo

  Update: went back today and happened to be served by same waitress. She was excellent. Friendly, sweet, accommodating and quick. Perfect. Food was great as always. Today was 5/5 stars. Service would have earned zero stars if not for the manager, Curtis, who ultimately stepped in and salvaged what he could. Our waitress was extremely inattentive from start to finish. She forgot to take our drink orders, brought incorrect sides with our meals, and delivered our entrées a full 50 minutes after the appetizers were served - while leaving the dirty appetizer dishes on the table. When I asked her to please clear them, she begrudgingly grabbed 2 of the 3 dishes and left that third dirty dish for the duration of our meal. Throughout our time, she repeatedly walked past our table without checking in or even making eye contact. Curtis, on the other hand, was visibly working the room—running food, clearing tables, and picking up the slack left by our server. I had to ask him directly for drink refills because our waitress never returned. When I finally flagged her down to ask about our meals (which were clearly overdue), she seemed annoyed by the request and chose to attend to another table before slowly returning to retrieve our food. When the meals arrived, the plates were scorching hot, yet the food itself was lukewarm—suggesting it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. I was still working on my food when she abruptly grabbed my plate to take it away. Bizarre. We’ve dined here multiple times and the food and service has always been excellent. The experience with this waitress was shocking - she clearly didn’t want to be at work, and shouldn’t be. Curtis was the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating and poorly managed dining experience.
