  My Bang Bang Shrimp was unrecognizable ..I was expecting the dish to look more like the photo. The bed of shredded lettuce it day upon was not the best idea. Wilted iceberg lettuce is not appealing

  Enjoyed a date night with my husband at this location this evening. The food was fresh and tasty. We were one of two parties that sat outside. The restaurant was pretty packed inside, but the manager went out of his way to come over to our table to ensure we were satisfied with our meal and our service. In a time where customer service can often be sub-par, we thought this was a lovely gesture. We will definitely be back!

  Went for birthday lunch. Food was great. Our server was Haley who is also the bartender. She made the whole experience great. We've been here many times and the bartenders don't always get the cosmopolitans right but Haley nailed them and they were great. Thank you Haley we look forward to going back again soon!

  First and foremost we have been coming to Bonefish since 2004 and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service in Ft Myers. Thank you for those years of smiles and satisfaction. Now, for this visit we decided to join for Easter brunch. We were greeted by our server, Rebecca. What a lovely lady with absolutely the best service we’ve experienced EVER and we never would have thought it would ever get better since it’s always been perfect! Drinks were served quickly and efficiently along with our appetizers that have never failed us but unfortunately the edamame was dry and not much seasoning. Almost immediately the manager was at our table apologizing and offering another appetizer at no charge. VERY impressive considering other restaurants we have dined at. We declined but appreciative for sure. Meals arrived and most of our group were happy with their choices. Unfortunately two of us ordered the frittatas and were very disappointed in the way they were prepared. Very dry and totally overcooked. We decided not to return both meals because we didn’t want to cause anyone to feel like we were constantly complaining about our food. We truly think maybe eggs are not something that Bonefish should consider for any menu since your speciality is fish, which has always been perfect when we order. Again, the other fish dishes were perfectly prepared and delicious. Atmosphere is 100%, service 110% and yes, we will definitely return!
