I’ve come to this location so many times and it’s the exact same way each time. IF YOU’RE SO MISERABLE AT YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE. I just could not imagine myself going through a life like that. Smile ! Might find out its good for you and your customers.

We live about that far away so by the time we got there we didn’t expect to wait an additional 25 minutes especially when there was no one inside the restaurant or drive thru. Your manger was outside for 10 plus minutes as my parter was in the car watching them vape and talk on the phone… they told me they had to cut lettuce for 25 minutes …

For the past three, it's been a guaranteed miss — every single time, the chicken in the TropiChop is dry, hard, and clearly been sitting for hours. I've raised it with management probably five times. Last month I finally got the manager at the window, explained the situation calmly, and she told me chicken freshness is "AI-controlled" and there was nothing she could do. Then guaranteed my order would be good anyway. Got home - same inedible chicken. I genuinely want to give this place my money. It's one of the only grilled chicken options nearby. But I can't keep paying for food that isn't edible. Done with this location. Gross.
