Food arrived missing several items (at least $30 worth), missing forks, missing sauces. Phone number goes to a horrible IVR that hangs up on you most of them time. Finally entered order number, it hung up and sent a text message saying they can't help until tomorrow. Replied to text msg, received "default help message" back. What a ripoff. I paid $19 delivery fee plus tip to be missing food, forks, sauces I paid for and ZERO path to resolving. Will never order from Pollo Tropical again.
