- ACAndrew Ciccone3 days ago3.0Five Guys has been my favorite “fast food” style burger place for years. Really, I love it. However this location just isn’t that good. I’ve gone here for the last 6 years and the last 5/6 times I’ve gone (over maybe 2 years) it’s just not amazing. Nothing is “wrong” but the burgers are just lackluster. It doesn’t have that Five Guys taste or feel. I waited to review it in case it was a one off bad experience but it’s consistently serving dry burgers, and just lacks taste. Other than that, the staff is friendly, the food comes quick and it’s very clean. Just wish they’d revamp their food prep.

They did not make orders in time frames stated that they would be ready. Due to lack of organization, customers waited over an hour with no answers or updates on when their food would be ready. When asking for an update, employees would respond with an attitude. Multiple customers asked for a refund and to cancel their orders which they were denied the option to do so.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
