There is a locations only about 5-10 min away that will give a way better experience on Oakland park. I am always on the move so ive had the experience of eating at alot of different locations and one thing in common is friendly warm welcoming customer service. The other night at this location i experience the complete opposite. I asked for some sauces and onions and peppers with my meal I went threw the drive threw. Unfortunately the sauces and onions and peppers were not in the bag. I should have checked while I was there. I went back to ask for them and the manager freaked out on me demanding to see a receipt which I either lost or was never given to begin with. I even offered to pay and was met with a HARD NO. I do not recommend this location.

I’m used to the chicken being quartered and being able to see I have 2 breasts, thighs, legs, wings. Seems the chickens are smaller because my slaughtered wing and drumstick could’ve been sold as a hot wing from wing stop. Also my large order of plantains were slightly burnt and crispy
