  Store 10199 is consistently disappointing. Ordered a tropichop “all the way”, paid $13 🙄, and opened my bag to this when I got home. “All the way”? None of the way. No toppings whatsoever. The exact OPPOSITE of what I ordered. I paid extra for “all the way” and got nothing.

  One employee was being racist making jokes about calling Ice, don’t go to that location. She was also saying things under her breath about her coworker for speaking creole to her.

  Tonight around 9:35 PM, I went to Pollo Tropical because it seemed like the best option given the time and what I was craving. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I walked into the restaurant, I noticed a young woman cleaning the juice dispenser with a cloth. She used the same cloth to wipe the inside area and then the outside of the container, which did not seem sanitary. I asked her if they were about to close because there were not many food options available, but she completely ignored me. Shortly after, a young man approached to take my order, but he seemed rushed and uninterested in helping me. I wanted to take my time deciding what to eat, but his attitude made me feel pressured to choose quickly. While my food was being served, I noticed another employee using a pressure machine to clean the grills nearby. All the food containers were placed in a corner near the drive-thru window, and the overall setup did not look hygienic. When I received my food, I asked for sauce. The young man grabbed two sauce cups and tossed them into the bag carelessly, as if he was annoyed that I asked after he had already packed it. That moment made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand the restaurant is supposed to close at midnight, but the environment at 9:35 PM felt like they were already shutting down. The service and atmosphere did not reflect a business that values customer experience. I believe there is a right person for every role. Unfortunately, the employees I encountered tonight demonstrated very poor customer service and social skills. This is not how a company builds loyal customers. Based on this experience, I do not feel motivated to return.

  CHECK ALL ORDER ITEMS. Service was slow. I ordered Tropichop with extra Guacamole (paid additional) but they didn't add the Guacamole. They should check the order details properly and make sure all items are included.

  This location is the best by far. Mainly because of christine, the daytime cashier....most of the staff Is very dismissive and rude but she is always so friendly and on top of things...and I love how clean she keeps it, if you go at night except an entirely different experience,be warned as I've made that mistake only once. As for the food it's usually hit or miss. About what you expect from a pollo tropical.
