Then after 40 minutes, proceed to explain to me they will give it to me in five minutes that is almost done but here I am waiting for another 20???? - MMMia6 days ago1.0The franchise as a whole has zero care for how their employees treat the customers. They wouldn’t fill my cup with half lemonade and half tea, didn’t give me an explanation just acted like I was crazy and rude for asking. I’m pretty sure they could’ve made that happen. The employees name was Ramona. No apology, no smile, just stared at me with an attitude like she couldnt believe I would ask such a thing. Then the general manager gave me my food so I ran it by her. No apology. She explained they could’ve made do it happen I just had to buy the more expensive drink. I said that’s fine and..nothing. I explained I dont like soda and was wanting the caffeine but I don’t like straight tea..still nothing. She didn’t offer to exchange my drink or even have me pay the twenty five cent difference. When she noticed I was looking at her all crazy, the thanked me and told me she would give the employee a coaching. Ok fine… but why didn’t they offer to fix my problem? They could’ve offered for me to pay for a whole new drink and it would’ve been more courteous. I will never eat at Pollo again as last time I ate at a different location the cashier got an attitude with me over how many sauces we wanted even after I told her I’d pay for them. 2 restaurants and 2 ppl going out of their way to treat me like crap.

It's absolutely disgusting how I found flies and bugs stuck on tables and windowsills. Flies buzzing everywhere around me and the quality of food is not to par. Something needs to be done. I understand it's not in the best area but cleanliness should not be an issue no matter the location. I will never eat here again.
