- JJJustin Jesus6 days ago5.0Let me start with saying I eat at pollo tropical at least 4 times a week for the past 10 years. Ive even called there corporate office to let them know lol. Not every location is the same but this one is one of the best ive been to and I lived 2 miles from this location 2/3 of my life. It has always been one of the best. Yesterday my daughter and I stopped in for lunch and they were swamped. Normally im like this is ganna take forever with possible upset employees mad im here for lunch but I was wrong. Not only was it way quicker then I thought the staff was so nice and friendly. Yvanhov and Kendarlie in particularly when shes on the line doing the dine in and take out shes so fast and friendly at the same time and that is something I do not see that often. He is also extremely friendly and very energetic about his job. His flashy belt was cool to. Thank you Justin Jesus

- MHMayra HernandezFeb 22, 20261.0This is the mist disgusting Pollo Tropical i have ever been to, went shopping to sawgrass and stop by for a meal, the cashier rude, the servers not wearing hair net except one lady while serving our food, we had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to be ready and the plantains. Very disappointed
