- ACAshley Cummings2 days ago1.0The lack of organization is evident. The order tickets were just laid in a pile on the counter with no sense of order. They did not make orders in time frames stated that they would be ready. Due to lack of organization, customers waited over an hour with no answers or updates on when their food would be ready. When asking for an update, employees would respond with an attitude. Multiple customers asked for a refund and to cancel their orders which they were denied the option to do so.

There should not ever be an instance where customers are waiting upwards of an hour to receive their food. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired immediately. Leaving customers standing at the counter waiting with no communication. Never in my life have I experienced this at ANY Five Guys location.

It takes way too long to place an order on the app. It does not matter if there is an online promotion or not. (Supposedly the problem last night) Also drinks selection is not good on the app. Not sure it's worth the hassle.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
