  We were extremely disappointed; we had lunch here while waiting for our flight. The cutlery was dirty, so we asked for a replacement. After waiting 20 minutes, they brought my wife the wrong order and my steak was overcooked. After another 20 minutes, my steak arrived just as overcooked. I don't recommend this place, and I wouldn't go back.

  Amazing end to our vacation! Food quality was excellent and portions huge. Our bartender Lynn was professional and friendly—and her cocktails—fantastic!!!! Great experience !

  Lynn makes the best cocktails going! I am a snob about cosmopolitan drinks, and she exceeded my expectations by making a really good quality cosmo! She also recommended the fish and chips, which were the best fish and chips I’ve had in a while, never mind at an airport restaurant. Overall great experience. In addition, my friend ordered the tuna appetizer and it was, while large, excellent. If you are at this airport in Terminal 3, go!

  It’s an airport location. Hire more staff. The host is also the waiter, the busser, and more. Terrible especially for the price. Bonefish needs to get cancelled from the airport contract. If you can’t take care of patrons in a reasonable amount of time then you should not have the luxury to take our money.

  This specific Bonefish grill is possibly the worst ran establishments Ive ventured into. As an airline pilot Ive experienced about every kind of eating establishments in my 3 decades of flying. Ive walked out of FLL Bonefish grill on 3 different occasions when Ive been seated, only to sit for nearly 25 minutes with absolute no service, not even a glass of water. Today was the 2nd time Ive stood at the front desk, waited to be seated, as their sign says. I stood there, ignored for 20 minutes as the usual servers walk by, no acknowledgement. This happend once before, in addition to the rare opportunity I do get seated. Customers behind waiting as well expressed some heated words at the bartender in frustration as they gave up. I was curious to see how long it would take. I gave up after 20 minutes. Save your money, go elsewhere, Bo Kaumps is just burgers with limited menu but they hustle an provide decent service, at minimum, they acknowledge you, and return promptly.
