However, today I again purchased two ice creams and was told there are no bags. This is not acceptable, as carrying multiple ice creams without a bag is inconvenient for customers. Please ensure basic packaging like bags is available for such purchases going forward.

I was there last night but its not the 1st time I go to this location about 3 times a week when I ride down to the beach so anyways everytime I go in this place they tell me I cant have a milkshake its crazy to me...not once not twice but literally everytime I go there and request a milkshake they say no. So as I ask the person making my iceream why I can't have one he tells me to go to the back of the line and then he'll make it even though I just stood in line with like 7 to 10 people ahead of me so why should I go to the back of the line? Makes no sense 😕 I guess my money will be better spent at a place that actually cares about the customer 🤷♀️
