My app wasn’t working, and instead of trying to help or find a solution, the workers just said, “There’s nothing I can do.” That’s not how customer service should be. On top of that, my pet was even denied a treat — something other locations are always kind about. I’ll be driving a little farther from now on to the McDonald’s where they actually take the time to solve the problem in a professional and respectful way. A little kindness goes a long way.
